For a reception, tell us how the space is used and when conversations, announcements or speeches take place. We’ll work with you on the performance position and timing, and discuss the venue’s sound limits.

A feature in the programme

A roaming appearance, guest entrance or focused performance can give your programme a distinctive live moment. If you need background music first and more energy later, include both in the brief.

Clear options for planners

Rio Brass offers four-, five- and six-piece line-ups. Choose a 60-minute performance or two 45-minute sets, or ask about timings to fit your event. We’ll confirm the agreed format in your quote.

What to include in your brief

• Date, venue or postcode and the approximate guest count.

• Performance window, speeches, sound restrictions and indoor or outdoor plans.
• Budget range, access arrangements and any supplier documentation your venue needs.
