Who we are
Rio Brass Ltd handles enquiries about the band. Contact info@riobrass.com with questions about your information.
Your enquiry
The enquiry form prepares a message for your email app or WhatsApp. It is not sent until you send it there. The information you choose to include is used to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange your event. You do not need to agree to marketing to make an enquiry.
Your form entries are not saved in your browser’s local storage or sent to analytics. If you send us a message, it will be processed by the email or messaging services used to deliver and respond to it. We keep correspondence and booking information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Optional analytics
Analytics is not currently active. If enabled, it will load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can reject it and still use the website, or change your choice using Cookie settings. The choice is remembered on your device for up to six months.
With permission, analytics measures page visits, video-player requests and enquiry actions. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, venue or message. Contact clicks and prepared messages do not tell us that an enquiry was received or that a booking was made. Advertising pixels are not active.
YouTube videos
Preview images are hosted on this website. Embedded players load only when you choose a video, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Loading or playing a video connects you to YouTube, which receives connection information and may use cookies or other storage under its own policies. You can instead follow the direct YouTube link.
See Google’s privacy policy for YouTube and Google services. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts and is delivered through a hosting provider; providers may process connection information to deliver these services.
External links
Agency websites, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp have their own privacy policies. Following a link takes you to that service.
Your information
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to raise a concern. We will consider requests in line with applicable data protection law. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
