Can you play background music?
Yes. We regularly play background music for drinks receptions, corporate events and private celebrations. We’ll discuss your room, guest numbers, sound limits and the atmosphere you want, so the performance fits the occasion.
How does a direct booking work?
Send your date, venue and the kind of event you’re planning. We’ll check availability and discuss a quote. Your booking is confirmed only once the booking agreement and deposit arrangements have been completed.
Can the band roam around the venue?+
Yes. Rio Brass can perform fully acoustically and move among your guests, indoors or outside where conditions allow.
Do you need a PA or stage?+
Roaming performances can be acoustic. We’ll discuss your space, audience size and venue sound limits before agreeing the setup. Let us know if you want a stage show or have specific sound requirements.
Can we request a song?+
Tell us your song and how you would like to use it. We’ll confirm what’s possible, the notice needed and any additional arrangement cost before you book.
Do you travel outside London?+
